KUALA LUMPUR: It was a case of biting the very hand that fed him.

Fuelled by greed, a local university staff stooped low enough to use his father's taxi to distribute syabu for a fast buck in the city over the past month.

With neither compassion nor fear that the vehicle -- which was his father's livelihood -- might be marked by the police or rival drug suppliers, the man began operating the 'drugs-on-wheels' scam.

His modus operandi was to pose as a taxi driver while his accomplice, also a university staff, would be the 'passenger'.
