DIBA JAMALLUDDIN says she is unhappy with the dismal service she faced at the Immigration Department in Putrajaya.

She says she lodged a complaint with the Immigration Department on Dec 23 about the service and claims the reply she was given the next day did not address the issues she had raised after her harrowing experience when trying to legalise her house maid under as part of the 6P legalisation programme.

On that day, DIBA claims an officer at the information counter on the ground floor sent her to the domestic maid department on the second floor.
