NSC out to protect ‘intellectual property’

PETALING JAYA: The National Sports Council (NSC) have served a writ of summons to sports apparel company Mesuma Sports Sdn Bhd over the ownership of the national jersey tiger stripe design.
Mesuma owner Maya Heng confirmed having received the summons adding “her lawyers are handling the matter”.
