KUANTAN: The High Court here today fixed Dec 12 for mention of a case involving a trader charged with murdering French tourist Stephanie Foray.
Senior Assistant Registrar Rini Triany Muhamad Ali fixed the date in chambers as the chemistry and DNA reports on the case were still not ready.
Asni Omar, 36, is being charged with killing Foray, in her 30s, at an unnumbered house in Kampung Tekek, Pulau Tioman between 8pm on May 10 and 12 noon on Aug 12 this year.
He faces a mandatory death sentence if found guilty under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
