My Story, Scrap metal worker killed in explosion

IPOH: A worker was killed in an explosion at a scrap metal company in Pantai Remis, 120km from here, today.

Abdul Razak Mohd Nor, 32, of Pantai Indah, Pantai Remis, had injuries all over his body, said Manjung police chief ACP Mohd Jamil Osman.

He said his body was sent to Manjung Hospital.

He said Abdul Razak is believed to have been pounding metal when the explosion occurred at 1.38 pm and threw him off his feet.
