KUALA LUMPUR: A Road Transport Department (RTD) enforcement assistant pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here today to two counts of bribery, involving RM2,000.
On the first count, Norazha Izwan Mohd Aripin, 26, is charged with soliciting RM1,000 from one Ooi Aik Keng as an inducement that action would not be taken against him (Ooi) for driving a vehicle which had been modified and with an expired road tax.
The offence was allegedly committed near the Jalan Kuching BHP Petrol about 5pm on Jan 4 this year.
