CHEW BOON HAN is annoyed with delays in getting back an excess repayment sum for an old bank loan.
"I used to have a personal loan facility with OCBC Bank, which was fully settled late last year," says the 36-year-old marketing executive from Kuala Lumpur.
"However, I found it odd getting settlement promotions via mail two to three times a month despite already getting a release letter."
Curious, CHEW made enquiries and was shocked to learn he had overpaid in excess of RM500 to the bank.
