KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here today set Nov 15 to decide on an application by Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein to strike out part of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's defence statement in his suit against Anwar over the sex video featuring a man resembling the opposition leader.
Justice Datuk V.T.Singham fixed the date after hearing submissions by both parties.
