My Story, New focus for Imax

THE latest large-screen cinema viewing experience that was opened to the public by TGV Cinemas Sdn Bhd at the Sunway Pyramid mall yesterday marks a new business focus for its provider Imax Corp.

While the focus may now be on the first digital Imax screen in Malaysia, Imax Corp managing director for Asia Pacific, Don Savant (pic), said the venture also reflects its changing relationship with clients.

“The latest Imax cinema was installed based on a revenue-sharing model. TGV Cinema supplied the place while Imax provided the rest at our own cost.
