KUALA LUMPUR: THE BA of Malaysia (BAM) may form a High Performance Team (HPT) instead of hiring one individual for the High Performance Director’s (HPD) position.
Apparently, BAM are having problems identifying a candidate even after shortlisting to four from 19 applicants.
Some of the applicants had the technical know-how but lacked depth in paper work. Some others were too academic and had little experience in the sport.
