KUALA LUMPUR: None of the local footballers and officials was insured for the first four months of the 2011 M-League season!
This shocking revelation surfaced after Negri Sembilan physiotherapist See Kim Leong died on Feb 5, 2011 because of heart failure. He was 63.
His family was baffled to learn See was “not insured”. The M-League started on Jan 29 with the Sultan Ahmad Shah Cup match between Selangor and Kelantan.
