MALACCA: The Malacca branch of the Kesejahteraan Insan Tanah Air (Kita) has been dissolved after its 60 members quit the party and joined Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), its hitherto chairman Col (Rtd) Hashim Puteh said today.
He said the members of the branch, established on June 12 last year, had lost confidence in party leader Datuk Zaid Ibrahim who, he said, appeared to be inconsistent in his struggle.
