KLUANG: PKR deputy president Azmin Ali cannot demand that no conditions be imposed on the rally planned outside the Kuala Lumpur High Court Monday by Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's supporters, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
