My Story, Billed during phone line switch delay

NAINA MOHAMED is disappointed with the delay in getting his telephone line transferred despite following up with two service centres.

The 39-year-old salesman from Puchong applied to Telekom Malaysia (TM) for his existing line account to be under his new address on Oct 25 last year.

"They said they would look into it and also asked me to call TM Help Line 100."

After several tries, a customer service officer then asked him to go to a TMpoint one-stop centre instead.
