BANDAR Raya Developments Bhd (BRDB) yesterday informed Bursa Malaysia that its substantial shareholder, Ambang Sehati Sdn Bhd, is seeking to raise its stake in BRDB.
In a statement, BRDB said its directors had been informed Ambang Sehati it is exploring the possibility of increasing its stake in BRDB via various means, which may or may not result in a general offer.
