LONDON: Rafael van der Vaart claimed that despite Arsenal’s stunning 5-3 weekend win at Chelsea, it is Tottenham rather than the Gunners who hold the balance of power in north London.
Arsenal’s win at Stamford Bridge was their eighth in nine matches and it lifted them up to within three points of the top four.
