SANDAKAN, Jan 6 (Bernama) -- The Public Service New Remuneration Scheme (SBPA) is better than the Malaysian Remuneration System (SSM), and there is no reason for civil servants not to opt for it, Sabah Federal Secretary Datuk Khazali Ahmad said Friday.
