KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 15 (Bernama) -- The National Fatwa Council has the right to determine whether the teachings by certain groups have deviated from the true teachings of Islam, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom.
