PUTRAJAYA, Nov 18 (Bernama) -- Malaysia and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to review the Malaysian education policy at all levels from pre-school to higher education.
