ALOR SETAR, Jan 9 (Bernama) -- Kedah has successfully reduced the crime rate index last year by 8.17 per cent or 990 cases from 12,116 cases in 2010 to 11,126 cases last year, Kedah police chief Datuk Ahmad Ibrahim said.
