KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 16 (Bernama) -- In an effort to enhance consumer awareness among students of institutions of higher learning (IPTs), the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry will disburse a RM3,000 assistance starting next month.
