KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 8 (Bernama) -- The amendment to the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act requiring developers to fork out a three per cent deposit of the construction cost will hopefully minimise the issue of abandoned projects, said Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Chor Chee Heung.
