General : English Language Council To Be Formed To Set Standard

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 30 (Bernama) -- The English Language Council will be formed next year to set the standard for English proficiency of school students, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
