KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 18 (Bernama) -- The Putrajaya Health Clinic and Community Mental Health Centre, opened in the residential neighbourhood of Precint 11 in Putrajaya yesterday, is an initiative to change people's mindset on the issue of mental illness, said Mental Health Promotion Advisory Council member Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
