KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 14 (Bernama)-- The Malaysian Bar Council has welcomed the announcement by Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong that it is time for the government to establish an independent law reform commission which is responsible for reviewing, drafting and making laws modern, fair and efficient.
