KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 (Bernama) - The irresponsible attitude of discarding rubbish in rivers could be disastrous to the River of Life (RoL) programme, Kuala Lumpur Mayor Tan Sri Ahmad Fuad Ismail said Thursday.
