KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 24 (Bernama) -- The proposed amendment of Section 15 of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1974 will bring significant changes to the participation of university students in politics, Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah said Thursday.
