KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 21 (Bernama) -- Of the 500 participants of the Empower Jeli programme, 64 or 12.8 per cent have become entrepreneurs within four months of its implementation, said International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.
